Non-Refundable Services
Payments are generally non-refundable once services have started, including:
Submission of assessment applications
Document review and processing
Consultation sessions delivered
Administrative handling fees
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made in error
Service not initiated by MEMOSA Group
Technical payment processing error
No Guarantee Clause
MEMOSA Group does not guarantee:
Visa approval
Employment outcomes
All outcomes depend on third-party institutions and eligibility criteria.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 to 25 business days.
